Mt. Sterling, Ky. (July 7, 2016) — Let’s get moving! It’s time to stay fit and have fun, while having health questions answered by a real, live healthcare provider. Saint Joseph Mount Sterling, part of KentuckyOne Health, will host a Walk With a Doc event on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Easy Walker Park, located at 1395 Osborne Road in Mt. Sterling.

This Walk With a Doc will be led by Tara Blair, APRN, KentuckyOne Health Cardiology Associates, who will focus on the importance of exercise in reducing risk of heart disease. Participants can ask medical questions in an informal setting, receive free health screenings, and take part in a heart-healthy walk. No registration is required.
