Our Lady of Peace to host seminar on Management of Difficult Childhood Behaviors at Home and at School

Louisville, Ky. (October 14, 2015) —The Kosair Charities Children’s Peace Center at Our Lady of Peace, part of KentuckyOne Health, will host a free Peace for Parents seminar on the management of difficult childhood behaviors at home and at school. The seminar will take place at Foster Traditional Academy (located at 401 S. 41st St. in Louisville) on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 5:30 p.m.

The seminar will provide parents with preventative guidelines for arranging home and school environments, setting expectations, and encouraging positive behaviors in temperamental children. The program will be led by Kim Dwyer-Moore, MS, a board certified behavior analyst at Our Lady of Peace.

Peace for Parents is open to parents, grandparents, teachers, counselors and other concerned individuals that would like to learn more about how to face challenging issues with children and adolescents.  The seminars usually last 60-90 minutes.
