KentuckyOne Health Opens New Urgent Care Center in London
Urgent care and extended hours offered at new location

London, Ky. (December 13, 2016)— KentuckyOne Health has opened a new urgent care center to help community members in the London area who are in need of immediate care. KentuckyOne Urgent Care is located at 148 London Mountain View Drive, Suite 4.
 
KentuckyOne Urgent Care offers immediate care for illnesses and and minor injuries, as well as physicals for work, school and sports. The new location is staffed by KentuckyOne Health providers.
 
“When people are injured at work or at home, or have an illness that needs to be addressed, KentuckyOne Urgent Care can offer them a quick solution to their problem,” said Chris Wood, regional director, KentuckyOne Health Medical Group. “Often times, people turn to an emergency room for help, even with medical conditions that aren’t extreme. KentuckyOne Urgent Care offers a better alternative for those who have non-life threatening injuries and illnesses, saving community members time and money overall.”
 
KentuckyOne Urgent Care offers expanded hours from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, and 1-5 p.m. on Sunday.
 
No appointment is necessary, but patients can reach the facility by calling 606.864.0103.
