KentuckyOne Health Names Eric Conley as Division Vice President of Service Lines and Surgical Services
Louisville, Ky. (August 28, 2015)— KentuckyOne Health has named Eric Conley, MHA, as division vice president of service lines and surgical services. Conley’s role will be effective September 8, 2015.
Conley will direct the ongoing progress of integrated clinical service lines and supervise administrative leaders of all service lines. In this position, he will also provide guidance for strategic planning, operations, quality, safety, experience and financial achievement across KentuckyOne Health.
Conley brings extensive operational and service line management experience to KentuckyOne Health. Prior to this role, Conley served as vice president of operations at Northwestern Memorial Hospital for the past five years. During his Tenure at Northwestern, Eric had administrative responsibility for Surgical Services, Clinical Laboratory operations, Pharmacy operations, Dietary, The Bluhm Cardiovascular Service Line, Musculoskeletal (Orthopedic) Service Line, Emergency Preparedness, and Rehabilitation Services including respiratory therapy. His experience also includes operations at Doctors Community Hospital in Maryland, Franklin Square Hospital Center in Baltimore and Duke University’s Durham Regional Hospital in North Carolina.
Conley received a bachelor’s degree in health care administration at Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in hospital administration at The Ohio State University.
Conley has been recognized as one of Chicago United’s 2011 Business Leaders of Color, on the Who’s Who in Black Chicago list in 2012, and received the Young Executive of the Year Award from the National Association of Health Services Executives in 1999.
