KentuckyOne Health Experiencing Phone System Issues

Lexington, Ky. (September 27, 2016) –KentuckyOne Health is currently experiencing phone system issues at two Lexington hospitals, and several additional physician practice groups.
 
Hospitals affected include Saint Joseph Hospital and Saint Joseph East. Physician offices located at 211 Fountain Court in Lexington are also experiencing similar phone issues.
 
If patients are experiencing problems reaching a KentuckyOne Health hospital or a physician’s office within the KentuckyOne Health network, please call 844.303.9355 (WELL).
 
“This issue is not affecting medical and emergency services, and our offices and hospitals are still functioning property, despite this issue,” said David McArthur, senior manager, media relations, KentuckyOne Health. “We are working to address this issue and hope to have it resolved soon.”
