About Saint Joseph Mount Sterling
Saint Joseph Mount Sterling is a not-for-profit, faith-based hospital located in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. The hospital was founded in 1918—formerly known as Mary Chiles Hospital—and now serves as a 42-bed community hospital for the residents of Bath, Bourbon, Clark, Menifee, Montgomery, Nicholas, Powell and Rowan counties.
Saint Joseph Mount Sterling is part of CHI Saint Joseph Health, one of the largest and most comprehensive health systems in the commonwealth of Kentucky. We consist of 135 locations, including hospitals, physician groups, clinics, primary care centers, specialty institutes and home health agencies, in 20 counties. In total, the health system serves patients in 35 Kentucky counties.
