Home Care
VNA Health at Home, a service of CHI Saint Joseph Health, provides treatment and assistance to cancer patients in the comfort of home. Our compassionate staff—including skilled nurses, physical therapists, dietitians, social workers and more—work together to provide personalized care on a short- and long-term basis. Nutrition Services
Dietary issues can arise at any time during cancer treatment and impact your quality of life. We offer one-on-one nutritional support with a clinical dietitian through every phase of care. Together, you can develop a personalized meal plan to help you stay strong and nourished.
Palliative Care
Palliative Care at CHI Saint Joseph Health addresses the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients dealing with cancer. Our dedicated team works together to help manage symptoms from the cancer or related treatment, facilitate communication between patients, their loved ones and their care team, coordinate care based on a patient’s values and hopes and provide an extra layer of support.
Support Groups
At CHI Saint Joseph Health, you never have to face cancer alone. We offer free, ongoing cancer support groups throughout our communities to guide you in your journey. Our care doesn’t end with treatment. We’re here to help you lead a healthy, thriving life after cancer. We offer a number of survivorship and follow-up programs focused on your overall health and wellness, including support for emotional or social challenges. We also help manage the late effects of cancer and related therapies, which can sometimes arise many years after treatment is over.
