The Commission on Cancer (CoC) Accreditation
We have achieved full CoC accreditation from the American College of Surgeons. This voluntary program is awarded only to those providers who provide patients with comprehensive, state-of-the-art services, from a multi-specialty team coordinating all aspects of cancer care.

American College of Radiology (ACR) Radiation Oncology Practice Accreditation
This certification acknowledges our ability to provide the latest, safest and most effective radiation therapies, allowing us to target tumors with extreme precision while sparing healthy tissue. Our accredited locations include:

ACR Breast Imaging Center of Excellence
This designation is awarded to facilities that have earned accreditation in all of the American College of Radiology's voluntary breast imaging programs, including mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy and breast ultrasound (including ultrasound-guided breast biopsy). It confirms we have the breast screening tools and skilled radiologists to catch breast cancer in its earliest and most treatable stages.
Lung Cancer Alliance Screening Center of Excellence
This distinction honors our commitment to responsible, high-quality lung cancer screenings, including low-dose CT scans. This safe and painless test has proven to reduce the risk of lung cancer death by up to 20 percent.

National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers
CHI Saint Joseph Health Breast Care has received Three-Year Full Accreditation from the American College of Surgeons’ National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC). The accreditation formally acknowledges CHI Saint Joseph Health's commitment to providing the highest quality breast care, including evaluation and management of patients with breast disease.
