Three CHI Saint Joseph Health Facilities and Groups in the Lexington Area Recognized on “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” List

LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 7, 2025) – Saint Joseph Hospital and CHI Saint Joseph Health Partners in Lexington, along with Saint Joseph Jessamine in Nicholasville, have each earned a spot on the “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” list. This annual list honors top employers across the state. Saint Joseph London also made the list.

CHI Saint Joseph Health Partners and Saint Joseph Jessamine have been recognized as one of the 45 top small-sized employers, which includes businesses with 15-149 employees. This is the fourth consecutive year that CHI Saint Joseph Health Partners has been recognized as a Best Place to Work, and the fourth time Saint Joseph Jessamine has made the list. Saint Joseph Hospital has also been recognized for the second consecutive year as one of the 29 top large employers, which includes businesses with more than 500 employees.

This is the 21st Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky program – a multi-year initiative designed to motivate and inspire companies throughout the commonwealth to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence.

Companies are selected based on an assessment of their employee policies, procedures, and the results of an internal employee survey. CHI Saint Joseph Health Partners, Saint Joseph Jessamine and Saint Joseph Hospital are three of four facilities or groups from CHI Saint Joseph Health to earn recognition on the list. Saint Joseph London is also recognized in the large-sized employer category.
