Third Annual Flaget Memorial Hospital Foundation Golf Tournament Raises $34,700
Bardstown, Ky. (July 24, 2014) – The Flaget Memorial Hospital Foundation, part of KentuckyOne Health, hosted its third annual golf scramble on Friday, June 27, 2014 at the Bardstown Country Club at Maywood. The presenting sponsor was the Flaget Memorial Hospital Medical Staff. This year’s event raised $34,700, which will support the
Flaget Memorial Hospital’s Greatest Needs Fund. This fund allows the hospital to purchase essential new medical equipment, hire or train new staff, cover the costs of care for patients who would otherwise be unable to afford treatment or launch critical new programs.
“We were honored by the tremendous support we received from the Foundation’s third annual tournament,” said Sue Downs, president, Flaget Memorial Hospital. “Each dollar raised makes a tremendous impact on our patients and community.”
