Saint Joseph Mount Sterling Foundation Announces New Board Members for 2019 - Archived
Mount Sterling, Ky. (October 2, 2019) — Saint Joseph Mount Sterling Foundation is proud to announce its new board of directors. The board will continue to lead philanthropic initiatives benefitting Saint Joseph Mount Sterling’s outstanding facilities and services.
Board members are Chair Dennis Fouch, Vice Chair Jeffrey Liles, Secretary Rebecca Morton, Treasurer Erica M. Snowden, Josh Coffman, Alex Conrad, Janet Dyer, Jesse Hodgsdon, Janet Lewis, Ellen Morgan, DDS, Saint Joseph Mount Sterling President Jennifer Nolan and Tracy Pearce, and Foundation President Leslie Smart, CFRE.
“Each member of the Saint Joseph Mount Sterling Foundation board brings a set of unique strengths that will greatly benefit the foundation and its associated hospital,” said Smart.
Foundation board members assist with organizational planning, monitoring and managing financial resources, assessing and developing skills, serving on committees, recruiting new board members and advocating on behalf of the foundation.
