London, Ky. (May 5, 2014)— Saint Joseph London, part of KentuckyOne Health, has been awarded the Healthgrades Outstanding Patient Experience Award for 2014.

Hospitals are evaluated on 10 topics on the HCAHPS including: overall satisfaction, willingness to recommend to family/friends, communication with doctors, communication with nurses, responsiveness of hospital staff, pain management, communication regarding medications, discharge instructions, cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms and quietness.
