Saint Joseph Berea Announces Second Annual Festival of Trees Fundraiser

BEREA, Ky. (Dec. 5, 2024) – Saint Joseph Berea is embracing the holiday season with its second annual Festival of Trees fundraiser. Within the hospital, departments are sponsoring a uniquely decorated six-foot, LED pre-lit Christmas tree; there are 16 trees available. Those interested in participating in a drawing for each tree will have the opportunity to purchase a ticket through Sunday, Dec. 15, for a chance to win the tree of their choice.

Tickets for the Festival of Trees may be purchased at Saint Joseph Berea’s gift shop, guest services area or in the administration office. Tickets are $1 each or $5 for six tickets and will be available for purchase until Sunday, Dec. 15. The winner of each tree will be drawn and contacted on Monday, Dec. 16. Winners must pick up their tree no later than Friday, Dec. 20.

“The Festival of Trees is a wonderful way to celebrate the season while supporting a cause that directly benefits our patients and their families,” said John Yanes, president, Saint Joseph Berea. “We invite everyone to join us in spreading holiday cheer and making a difference in the lives of our community members by supporting our hospital’s vital programs and services.”

All funds raised from the Festival of Trees will benefit the Patient Assistance Program through the Saint Joseph Berea Foundation, which supports programs and services at Saint Joseph Berea and other CHI Saint Joseph Health clinics and facilities in the surrounding area.
