Frazier Rehab Institute Hosts 2nd Annual Casino Night
Event Benefits Patient Housing and Transportation Fund
Louisville, Ky. (Oct. 15, 2013) – Frazier Rehab Institute, part of KentuckyOne Health, is hosting the 2nd Annual Casino Night to benefit the Patient Housing and Transportation Fund on Friday, November 1, from 7-11 p.m. The fund helps to cover expenses such as housing and transportation for patients who do not live nearby—making world-class therapies available to everyone, regardless of their location or ability to pay.
Hall of Fame and former University of Louisville basketball coach Denny Crum and Roger Burkman, member of the 1980 UofL national championship basketball team, will be “dealing the cards.”
The event will also feature live entertainment, food and a silent auction. Silent auction items include: an autographed football including signatures from the three famous football stars Jack, Jim and John Harbaugh; 2014 Brickyard suite tickets; a one-week vacation to Panama City; tickets to UofL and UK sporting events; various overnight and weekend packages; golf and entertainment options and more.
Casino Night will take place at Mellwood Art and Entertainment Center, 1860 Mellwood Ave. Tickets are $30 in advance or $40 at the door and can be purchased online at jhsmh.org/casinonight, by calling 502.582.7676 or emailing Cynthia Norton at [email protected].
