Flaget Memorial Hospital to Host Community Health and Wellness Fair
Bardstown, Ky. (September 2, 2014)—Flaget Memorial Hospital, part of KentuckyOne Health, will host an afternoon of family fun, health and wellness on Saturday, September 27 from 11 a.m. -2 p.m.
The Flaget Memorial Hospital Health Fair will be held at the hospital (4305 New Shepherdsville Road) and include free health screenings, health education, giveaways, door prizes and fun activities for kids.
The free health screenings available include:
- Blood pressure
- Blood sugar
- Cholesterol
- Oxygen level
- Bone density
- Clinical breast exams*
- Prostate/testicular exams*
- Skin cancer screening*
- Free neck/shoulder massage*
- Body fat
- Diabetic eye exam
- Functional movement
- Posture
- Lung cancer risk assessment
- Colon cancer risk assessment and home testing kit
