Doctor of Nursing Practice Amy Hatcher joins KentuckyOne Neurology Associates
Louisville, KY (Sept. 11, 2014) – Amy Hatcher, DNP, RN, APRN-C, has joined KentuckyOne Neurology Associates, located at 1900 Bluegrass Avenue, Suite 300, in Louisville.
The Kentucky native earned her bachelor of science degree in biology with a minor in psychology from Campbellsville University, and her bachelor of science degree in nursing from Northern Kentucky University. She completed a doctor of nursing practice degree and advanced family nurse practitioner degree at the University of Kentucky, graduating with Sigma Theta Tau honors.
She is also a certified pharmacy technician. She has been a resource for hospital-wide stroke emergencies; is proficient in conducting physical exams for neurological intensive care unit patients; and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Life Support. She specializes in culturally sensitive, patient-focused care.
