Golf Tournament Raises $16,000
Mount Sterling, Ky. (Date)—The Saint Joseph Mount Sterling Foundation hosted its 13th annual golf
tournament on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at the Mount Sterling Golf and Country Club. The event was presented by The Walker Company.
This year’s event raised more than $16,000 with 100 golfers and 30 volunteers participating. The annual tournament has experienced tremendous growth over the years and has raised more than $220,000 to support mission and outreach programs at Saint Joseph Mount Sterling, part of KentuckyOne Health.
“We had a beautiful day and are very grateful for the support of this annual tournament that helps bring wellness, healing and hope to our patients and families in Montgomery and surrounding counties,” said Di Boyer, director of major gifts, Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation. “Every dollar raised remains in Mount Sterling and makes a tremendous impact as we strive to build healthier communities
