Visitation Hours
To promote healing and safety and limit infection, some units may limit the number of visitors you can receive at one time.
- Visiting hours are from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Pediatric visiting hours are from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. One parent or other adult support person is allowed to stay 24 hours a day.
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU) visiting hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. No more than two visitors at a time.
A parking lot for patients and visitors is located in front of the hospital.
Chapel Hours
Our chapel is located on the first floor of the hospital. While at Flaget Memorial Hospital, you and your loved ones can call upon our hospital chaplain or a group of volunteer ministers at any time. Simply ask your nurse or call 502.350.5125 to request these services.
Dining Options
Cafeteria – Located on the Ground floor
- Breakfast 7:30 to 10 a.m.
- Lunch 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Dinner Closed
Gift Shop
The gift shop is located on the first floor. Hours of operation are as follows:
- Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Sunday 1 to 6 p.m.
Language Assistance
We provide trained, qualified medical interpreters at no cost to patients and families in order to ensure effective communication for those who are Limited-English Proficient (LEP), Deaf/Hard of Hearing (HOH), or have other communication challenges.
