Weight Loss Surgery Support Groups

The transition after surgery can be challenging as you get used to a whole new way of life. Support group sessions can help keep you motivated and on track for success!

Sessions are led by our registered dietitian, as well as guest speakers in fitness, mental health and more. We’ll talk about the adjustments for you and your loved ones, and provide the tools you need to overcome obstacles. It’s also a great chance to connect with people who’ve experienced similar struggles and successes. We encourage your support person to attend as well.

Our support groups are done virtually, which makes it so much easier for people to attend no matter where they live.

We hope you can join us for an upcoming 2023 session, held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. the following days:
