Saint Joseph East – Thank you for your interest in Saint Joseph East's post-graduate year one pharmacy residency program.  Our program prepares its graduates to assume positions in clinical pharmacy practice or proceed into specialty residency training in a focused area of practice. Great importance is placed on the residents' individual goals and expectations, thereby allowing program experiences and assessments to be regularly restructured to keep pace with their development throughout the year.  Saint Joseph East is a 215 bed community hospital that offers a variety of rotational as well as longitudinal experiences to help refine in-depth knowledge and skills in independent practice.  Rotations are offered in a variety of therapeutic areas and are tailored to the interests of the individual.

Saint Joseph Hospital – The Residency Program at Saint Joseph Hospital is designed to provide broad exposure to patient-centered care in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment. Emphasis is placed on development of independent practice skills in comprehensive pharmacy practice, clinical and didactic teaching, research methodology, and self-evaluation. Great importance is placed on the residents’ individual goals and expectations thereby allowing program experiences and assessments to be regularly restructured to keep pace with their development throughout the year.
