MMWR/ATSDR
Free activities from the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) are offered for CNE, CEU, and CME-AMA credit. Topic coverage includes case studies in environmental medicine, newborn screening for cystic fibrosis, and diagnosis and management of foodborne illnesses.

Professional Education Offerings from the Kentucky Regional Poison Center
Continuing education courses for nurses, pharmacists, and physicians are offered free online, covering such topics as green tobacco sickness, snake envenomation, and organophosphate toxicity. Free registration required to receive credit.

A membership-based web site offering CE contact hours for license or credential renewal. The annual $29.95 fee includes access to over 150 courses approved by the American Nurses Credentialing Center , testing, re-testing (if necessary), completion certificates, and all course materials.
National Center of Continuing Education, Inc.
Over 65 courses for Nurses and Allied Health Care Professionals are offered online and by mail. Click on the Courses tab to view course descriptions and to place orders. Topics include HIV/AIDS, domestic violence, nursing leadership, and pediatric trauma.
